1. Our technicians thoroughly pre-inspect your home’s air duct system. You will be informed of the air duct cleaning services needed, and the cost of such service, before any service will be performed.
   
2. Our technicians clean all registers/cold air returns, and the entire air duct system using a powerful vacuum along with specialized tools. We also will wipe out your furnace and the filter box removing any build up not caught by the filter. And if you have a filter ready, we would be happy to switch them out for you. 
   
3. All dirt and debris is removed to our containment system.
   
4. The system is them sprayed with a product called Microban, which kills and remaining pollen, mold, pet dander, bacteria, and smoke build-up.
